More than 1240 KV schools located across India are managed by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). The complete state-wise list of KV Schools in India is in this link (Click here). Every year the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) published a list of holidays for Central Government offices in the month of June. The order has compiled all the rules and regulations to fix the holidays for CG offices. The order clearly stated that the holiday list for each State will be decided by the Central Government Employees Welfare Coordination Committee (CGEWCC) each year. The state committee decides the holidays during the year 2021 for Central Government offices including KV schools. The Regional Office of the Kendriya Vidyalaya published the holiday list every year for the KV schools located in their zone.
